London-born independent publisher Bucks Music Group has expanded its sync division with three new appointments as well as promoting from within.
Holly Manners joins from music supervision agency Soho Music and will take on a new Bespoke Composition role at Bucks. She will maximise opportunities for bespoke work across TV, film and commercials for the company’s roster.
Angus Fulton joins the independent publisher as Senior Licensing Manager. He was previously responsible for sync licensing at Warner/Chappell.
Tom Frank joins from [PIAS] as Sync Executive and will be responsible for placing music in TV and video games with a focus on new signings and releases.
After completing Bucks’ internship programme, Charlotte Robson has been given a full time position as Sync Assistant. She also has previous intern experience at Manners McDade.

The new recruits join Bucks Licensing Executive Fahima Jan and Head of Creative Sync Jonathan Tester.
Bucks Music Group has a strong track record in sync, having secured numerous high profile placements in recent months across UK commercials (BT, Argos, VW, Nissan, Sky Sports) television (Made In Chelsea, Match Of The Day, Black Mirror) and film (High Rise, Bridget Jones’ Baby, Me Before You).
