A passion for music and technology is a must, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills are critical, as are strong relationship-building skills, with an ability to interact with people across all levels and cultures
Required: Solid existing experience working closely with artists and managers within an audience development / digital marketing function in the music industry.
Required: Minimum two years of experience working in the business affairs department at a music company or the media / entertainment department of a law firm
Required: Proven experience in A&R and artist development, a broad genre-base of professional experience across pop, electronic & dance, rap and indie/alternative
Must have a reasonable level of experience with sales and purchase ledgers, invoicing, and day to day finance tasks within accounting software (knowledge of XERO preferred)
