Universal Music Publishing Group (UMPG) has appointed Alexandra Lioutikoff as Executive Vice President, Latin Music, a role where she will lead the company’s regional Latin American and U.S. Latin operations based in Miami.
Most recently VP Membership, U.S. Latin & Latin America at ASCAP, Lioutikoff joined ASCAP in 1998 as head of the Latin Membership Department overseeing offices in New York, Miami, Los Angeles, Puerto Rico and Texas.
Under her management, ASCAP expanded the division into the Latin Rock and Urban genres and grew to become a dominant force in the Latin market.
Her signings have included superstar artists and writers such as Lin Manuel Miranda (of the Broadway musical Hamilton) Joan Sebastian, Ricardo Arjona, Marco Antonio Solis, Alejandra Guzman, Daddy Yankee, Tito El Bambino and Mario Domm, among others.

At ASCAP Lioutikoff produced the successful ASCAP Latin Awards (Los Premios de ASCAP), created ASCAPLatino.com, as well as launched the Song Camp Series, which brings together Latin and Anglo writers to connect and collaborate.
Prior to ASCAP, Lioutikoff held senior roles at The Walt Disney Company in Regional Marketing & Distribution, Latin America, and at PolyGram Records as Regional Manager, U.S. Latin.
Lioutikoff has been featured three times on Billboard’s Latin Power Players list, and was named one of “25 Most Powerful Women” in The Hollywood Reporter’s Hispanic Women in Entertainment report.Music Business Worldwide
