The US Music division of artist management company YMU has promoted Dani Chavez to Senior Marketing Manager, effective immediately.
Based in Los Angeles, Chavez will continue to report to Suzann Brantner, Head of Marketing, YMU Music US, and work closely with the individual artist managers at the company.
Since joining YMU last year, Chavez has spearheaded campaigns for over a dozen acts including DJ Valentino Khan, South African artist Lloyiso, and multi-platinum rapper, Yung Gravy, who is behind the hit, Betty (Get Money).
Additional artists Chavez works with include Chet Faker, Sullivan King, Passion Pit, 3LAU, and 4B.
Chavez previously served as the Head of Digital at Ultra Records.
In her time there, she oversaw releases from SOFI TUKKER, Icona Pop, NGHTMRE, Steve Aoki, Anabel Englund and more, including the global rollout of Black Coffee’s Grammy award-winning album, ‘Subconsciously’.
She also worked for hip-hop podcaster Reggie Ossé (also known as Combat Jack) and at Shelter PR, a bicoastal PR firm whose clients include Jeff Goldblum and Hilary Swank.

In November 2022, YMU appointed independent artist manager Mike Kadziulis as Executive Manager & Head of Radio. Kadziulis’ prior to his appointment ran a an independent artist management company called Mad Ones.
