The duo behind the UK’s biggest-selling album of last year, Michael Ball and Alfie Boe, are teaming up once more for new record Together Again.
Their debut LP as a pairing, the Decca Records-issued Together, has now sold more than 600,000 copies in the UK market, reaching double-platinum status.
The follow-up album, due for release later this year, marks the start of a fresh partnership with Decca.
The Universal UK label, run by President Rebecca Allen, has confirmed three new signings: Michael Ball joining as a solo artist, Alfie Boe returning as a soloist, and Ball & Boe reuniting as a duo.
Ball and Boe will also be playing a run of outdoor dates this summer including Lincoln Castle, Hampton Court Palace and the Old Royal Naval College.
They will also be embarking on a major arena tour across the country later this year, starting in Cardiff on 30th November and concluding at London’s O2 Arena on 14th December.
