Under David Dollimore’s leadership, he has overseen the label’s growth, expanded and developed the roster and engineered the integration of playlisting and compilations within the frontline label.
Parmar is also responsible for developing and launching the careers of artists such as Sigala, DJ Fresh and London Grammar, who achieved their first No.1 album at the label with Truth Is A Beautiful Thing.
Ministry of Sound has achieved eight platinum-plus selling singles since the acquisition, including global successes Riton x Oliver Heldens’ Turn Me On, Regard’s Ride It, Doja Cat’s Say So and UK No.1, Roses by Saint JHN.
