Popular UK marketing exec Lisa Ward has joined Red Light Management as EVP Artist Strategy, a global role based at the firm’s London offices.
Ward (pictured inset) joins Red Light following a decade with Universal Music Group, most recently Label Manager at Universal’s Fiction Records.
She delivered successful campaigns including Currents by Tame Impala, which won them a BRIT Award this week.
She also worked on recent UK No.1’s for Kaiser Chiefs (a Red Light client, pictured) and The Maccabees.
Prior to her role with Fiction, Ward was a central figure in the Marketing team at Polydor Records, delivering campaigns for the Universal frontline label including UK No.1 debuts by The1975 and Haim.

The addition of Ward signals further growth for Red Light Management’s London team following in the footsteps of the company’s offices in New York, Nashville, Los Angeles and head office in Charlottesville, Virginia in recent years.
Ward brings extensive UK market knowledge and strategic expertise to Red Light’s central resources. A team that already includes US radio promotions, global creative marketing and digital support – and US based affiliate companies Green Light and New Era, specialising in Brand Relations, Content and Sponsorship opportunities.
The Red Light family is also home to ATO and tbd Records and multiple equity provision assets in the Live arena.
