France’s annual equivalent to the Grammys, the Victoires De La Musique, took place on Friday night (February 13) at The Zenith venue in Paris.
Christine & The Queens, signed to Because Music, won the prize for the Best Female Artist, in addition to further gongs for Best Video for their Saint Claude single.
The Best Male artist prize was picked up by Julien Doré, while French/Finnish duo The Dø won the award for Best Rock Album for Shake, Shook Shaken.
David Guetta won a special award recognising his contribution to electronic music during the past 30 years of Victories De La Musiques.
