Grime and rap artist Hache has signed an exclusive worldwide publishing deal with Sian Anderson’s Saint Music.
BBC Radio 1Xtra DJ Anderson formed Saint Music (originally Floor Sixx) in 2017 and, in the same year, signed a sponsorship agreement with Bucks Music Group for the company’s publishing arm.
Hache is now also signed to Saint Music for records, under a joint venture with Parlophone. Last month, Hache released his five-track Gully One EP, including a single of the same name.
The single was premiered by Anderson on 1Xtra as well as being chosen as Record Of The Week by the station. It was then picked up by Anderson’s fellow 1Xtra DJs Twin B and Seani B.
Gully One has also received plays from Rellik and Joe Walker at Reprezent Radio, been picked as part of the Best New Song In The World feature by Julie Adenuga on Beats 1 and had support from Ras Kwame at Capital Xtra.
