Italian rock label Frontiers Music SRL has inked a new distribution deal with two Sony companies – The Orchard and RED – in multiple global territories.
The agreement will see The Orchard continue to provide global digital distribution to the company, continuing a partnership which has existed for a decade.
In addition, a combination of RED and Sony Music Australia will handle physical distribution for the label in North America, Australia and New Zealand.
Frontiers has a release slate for 2017 lined up which includes records from Michael Bolton (pictured), Night Ranger and Steelheart.
Over the years, Frontier has worked on digital strategy with The Orchard for releases from acts including Whitesnake, Rick Springfield, Asia and Boston.
“The Orchard has been Frontiers’ strategic digital partner for several years,” said Frontiers President Serafino Perugino.
“Serafino’s knowledge, years of success and expertise in marketing rock artists is extraordinary and we look forward to expand their reach to a broader audience.”
