J. Erving-founded digital distribution and label services company Human Re Sources is expanding into the UK.
The company’s first move in the market includes the appointments of Amal Omari as A&R and Matt Ott as Vice President of Creator Services.
In addition to its UK launch and executive hires, the company has signed East London rapper, Lancey Foux.
Erving’s company merged with Troy Carter’s Q&A in April to offer what the duo say is “an integrated solution for artists via distribution, management, label services, and data analytics with a highly collaborative artist-driven approach”.
Carter and Erving worked together at management company Atom Factory.

Quickly progressing into head of A&R at Platoon – the now Apple owned distribution and services company founded by Denzyl Feigelson – Omari identified, developed, and amplified independent artists in the UK but globally.
