Experience of leading and developing a sales team within a music or performing arts organisation, and proven success at developing and implementing sales strategies in new and existing markets and channels

Required: 3+ years of experience in a similar role at a label, distributor, artist management company, or DSP. Pre-existing relationships or account management experience with DSPs a plus
Required: 3 years experience in the music industry within a label, distributor, management company, DSP, radio/PR company where you were communicating with artists, labels, and the wider BeNeLux music industry on a daily basis
This position requires 5 or more years of experience in full cycle sponsorship and partnership sales, account management, activation and project management.
Required: 7-10 years of business development and/or strategic advisory experience in sales or marketing within a service-driven environment managing strategy, with a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.
