5dB is an independent record label, recording studios and media production company based in London, dedicated to discovering and promoting innovative artists across genres.
We are seeking a creative and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at 5dB. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for running digital and social media campaigns for our artists, as well as developing and managing 5dB’s own digital strategy and social media channels.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for music, a strong understanding of the digital landscape, and a proven track record of creating engaging digital content and campaigns.
Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Management for Artists:
- Develop and execute tailored digital marketing campaigns for 5dB’s roster of artists to promote their music releases, tours, merchandise, and events.
- Collaborate with artists, management, and creative teams to develop compelling content that aligns with each artist’s brand and voice.
- Manage social media advertising, email marketing, and influencer partnerships to amplify artists’ reach and engagement.
Content Creation and Strategy:
- Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content for social media, websites, and digital platforms, including videos, graphics, photos, and written content.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyse the performance of digital campaigns and social media activities, using data to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
- Provide regular reports to management and artists on key metrics, campaign effectiveness, and areas for improvement.
Partnership and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams, artists, and external partners to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
- Build relationships with influencers, media outlets, and other key stakeholders to enhance the visibility of 5dB and its artists.
Paid Advertising and Promotions:
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across social media, search engines, and digital platforms to drive engagement and conversions.
- Monitor and optimize ad spend to ensure maximum ROI for our artists.
Social Media Management:
- Build, grow, and manage 5dB’s social media presence across social platforms.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a strong online community around both 5dB and its artists.
Qualifications
- Experience in digital marketing within the music industry, ideally with development acts.
- Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns and social media accounts for brands or artists.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital advertising, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, creative thinking, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for music and a deep understanding of the independent music scene.
