Summary
The Streaming and Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing streaming strategies to maximize our artists’ reach and revenue across digital platforms. They will also oversee our relationship with key independent retailers.
This role requires a deep understanding of the digital music landscape, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the music industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing streaming campaigns and achieving measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent understanding of digital music platforms and the overall streaming ecosystem.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Excel, data analytics platforms, streaming apps).
- Passion for music and a deep knowledge of various music genres.
