Bandcamp Sales Coordinator

This is a full time office based role, 5 days a week in our Wandsworth office.
Overview
Beggars Group is looking for a Bandcamp Sales Coordinator to be based in our London office in Wandsworth.
Reporting to the Head of D2C, the role will provide critical support in the end to end processing of Bandcamp sales outside of the US (order, fulfilment and customer support).
Working closely with the Digital Operations team and the Bandcamp and D2C leads in both the UK and the US offices on the setup, launch and sales through the Bandcamp platform, you will also provide assistance in maintaining required metadata directly in the Bandcamp platform.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Process and fulfil orders for all ex US Bandcamp sales to the D2C business.
- Liaise with the Bandcamp staff at each label, the UK and US Sales teams and Beggars Group Digital Operations Team to ensure setup on Bandcamp is in line with Beggars Group data protocols.
- Maintain the integrity of all Bandcamp related metadata across the Group by monitoring and conducting all audit related due diligence.
- Provide management of amendments to the platform on behalf of the labels, escalating platform issues to appropriate internal teams (digital ops, sales, tech, finance)
- Process and fulfil all non-US physical orders placed via Bandcamp and provide excellent customer service support to Bandcamp customers
- Work closely with D2C and sales teams, label staff and production team, own the maintenance of physical items on artist pages (adding new items/removing when out of stock).
- Manage stock levels across available titles and coordinate restocks with the physical sales team.
- Ensure available catalogue is updated on the platform
- Provide in house expertise regarding the Bandcamp platform and solutions to label requests in conjunction with US Bandcamp Management and Sales teams as required, particularly during UK only hours.
- Other relevant warehouse and fulfilment duties as required by the UK sales and production teams.
We’re looking for someone with a deep interest in physical music formats and experience of delivering great customer service. A familiarity with the Bandcamp platform as well as an excitement to work with the artists across the Beggars Group labels would be an advantage.
