Sr. Manager, Digital Advertising – US

Los Angeles, California

As the Senior Manager of Digital Advertising (US), you will be responsible for overseeing digital media buying across the US and other international markets. You will spearhead innovative paid media strategies, managing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, and optimizing campaign performance in real-time.

Your role includes managing key advertising accounts, digital systems, and relationships, while working closely with the wider marketing teams to target the right audiences, maximize ad creative impact, and drive measurable results.


What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead and execute comprehensive digital advertising strategies across all major ad buying channels—including programmatic advertising via demand-side platforms (DSPs), social media advertising, search engine marketing (SEM), connected TV (CTV) and over-the-top (OTT) platforms, display and video advertising, mobile advertising, and audio platforms.
  • Utilize data-driven audience targeting, including first-party and third-party data strategies, to ensure cohesive, cross-channel campaigns that maximize reach, engagement, and performance.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, Amazon, Spotify, and more.
  • Manage digital advertising infrastructure and business tools (e.g., Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) to ensure seamless operations and effective performance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key digital advertising partners (Meta, Google, TikTok), staying up-to-date on platform updates and industry trends.
  • Lead audience targeting strategies to ensure precision in real-time ad delivery, increasing media efficiency and return on investment.
  • Provide comprehensive reporting on campaigns, offering actionable insights through performance data and attribution tracking (e.g., Meta CAPI).
  • Support stakeholder education by presenting innovative digital advertising approaches and emerging trends.
  • Foster team leadership and development, providing clear direction and support to ensure team growth and success.

Must-Haves
  • Proven experience in digital media buying, with hands-on campaign management experience in music, media, or entertainment sectors preferred. If you have experience in other sectors, you should also apply.
  • Proficiency in managing campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other advertising platforms, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools.
  • Deep understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and digital advertising best practices.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and suggest optimizations for achieving campaign goals.
  • Excellent project management skills, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and working with remote and local stakeholders.
  • Passion for the music industry, with an ability to identify and engage target audiences for artists and releases.
  • Proactive in staying up-to-date on digital advertising trends and implementing innovative approaches.
  • Demonstrates a can-do approach, embraces challenges, and fosters a collaborative environment.
  • Thrives in dynamic settings, quickly adjusting to changes in priorities and strategies.

  • Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, programmatic buying, or connected TV (CTV) advertising.
  • Experience with AI-driven marketing tools and automation to enhance digital marketing efforts.

  • Proven ability to lead global marketing initiatives and align them with local market needs.

Pay Range

$75,000 – $79,000 per annum

The pay range listed above is dependent upon factors such as work experience, qualifications and business needs. In addition to the range above, this role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and applicable benefits.
