VP, Marketing Operations

As the Vice President of Marketing Operations (MarTech), you will play a pivotal role in building the global infrastructure that supports audience development, CRM, and advertising strategies. This includes designing, sourcing, and partnering with the right external/internal providers to implement tools and systems that drive marketing success. You will also oversee the global advertising team, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of audience engagement campaigns. Your leadership will ensure compliance with global privacy regulations, including GDPR, while driving innovation and operational efficiency across our marketing platforms.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the design and implementation of the global infrastructure for audience technology and CRM. Identify and partner with external vendors to source best-in-class technology solutions that scale globally.
- Develop advanced attribution models and integrate tools that provide granular insights into campaign performance, optimizing customer journeys and maximizing ROI.
- Implement and optimize CRM and audience technology systems, ensuring they are scalable, intuitive, and drive data-driven engagement across global markets.
- Lead the global advertising team, ensuring a forward-thinking approach in digital media strategy, while effectively managing resources to achieve high-impact campaigns.
- Oversee advertising initiatives, ensuring optimal targeting and real-time ad delivery across various digital platforms to drive media efficiency.
- Ensure all data collection and processing adhere to GDPR and other global data privacy regulations, incorporating user consent and data protection protocols seamlessly into operations.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team, empowering them to think creatively and push the boundaries of what’s possible in audience development, CRM, and advertising.
- Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging technologies, such as AI, to enhance audience engagement, personalization, and marketing performance.
- Lead and optimize comprehensive email and SMS marketing campaigns by implementing personalization, segmentation, and automation strategies, while continuously refining performance based on key engagement metrics like open rates and click-through rates.
Must-Haves
- Extensive experience in designing, sourcing, and implementing CRM, audience development, and attribution infrastructure, with a proven track record of selecting and managing external partners.
- Proven experience managing marketing technologies at a global scale, understanding the unique needs of different markets while maintaining a cohesive, centralized system.
- In-depth knowledge of GDPR and global data privacy regulations, ensuring compliance while keeping the user experience seamless and intuitive. The ability to work with business affairs, marketing, sales, and international markets.
- Proficiency in API integration, CRM systems, attribution models, and marketing technology stacks.
- Experience managing audience data capture and advertising platforms.
- Drive media performance by closely monitoring MROI and optimizing CPM across all campaigns, ensuring efficient media spend while maximizing ad reach and effectiveness.
- Ability to develop long-term strategies for audience engagement, CRM, and advertising that focus on driving user-centered innovation and growth.
- Passion for identifying and adopting innovative technologies, ensuring that solutions are both cutting-edge and aligned with business objectives.
- Demonstrated strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of successfully building and scaling teams.
- A positive, solution-oriented attitude and approach to problem-solving, exceptional at fostering collaboration within teams.
- Ability to work closely with creative teams to ensure that campaign messaging and visuals align with the overall marketing strategy and brand identity.

Pay Range
$145,000 – $175,000 per annum
The pay range listed above is dependent upon factors such as work experience, qualifications and business needs. In addition to the range above, this role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and applicable benefits.
