Job Description
Responsibilities:
- License and invoice all sync media (e.g., film, television, commercials, internet, video, stage, etc).
- Analyse, review and resolve license revision requests with clients.
- Liaise with clients to finalise sync license templates.
- Liaise with finance to process license fee payments; and pursue license fee collections.
- Liaise with copyright for delivery of clock numbers and cue sheets.
- Maintain sync licensing database.
- Produce monthly financial reports.
- Handle inquiries related to license requests from various sources on an ad hoc basis.
Requirements
- A deep understanding of licensing and music publishing.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in music publishing.
- High quality Excel/Word/Outlook expertise.
- Strong problem solving.
- Show initiative and help implement improvement within the licensing process.
