This is a unique opportunity to help shape a business from the ground up, working with high-profile artists across a variety of genres.


Role Responsibilities
  • Devise and implement client acquisition strategies for Radio Department in order to quickly gain foothold in UK market
  • Deliver best-in-market campaigns for both high-caliber and established clients as well as emerging artists
  • Support company Directors and UK General Manager in achieving department objectives
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders including internal teams, artists, clients and media personnel
  • Communicate campaign successes to clients and team, offering on-the-spot communication and detailed reports

Essential Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of radio plugging experience plugging to National Radio
  • Strong understanding of youth music culture and UK media landscape
  • Excellent communication skills and organizational abilities
  • Existing relationships within the music industry, especially with radio producers, DJs, artists, and managers
  • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally for business meetings and events

Ideal Candidate Will Have
  • A proven track record of pitching and securing new business, alongside an existing roster of clients
  • An interest / passion across all genres, with a specific knowledge and understanding of the UK Dance
  • Music Landscape and how it intersects with Radio
