We are seeking a Digital Marketing & Social Media Lead to help us revolutionise the physical and digital music industry. The company has invented a new technology to produce on-demand vinyl records and built a web platform for music creators to create and sell their product worldwide via our store at zero cost.

We are working with the leading record labels, streaming services, digital service providers, distributors, and iconic global artists who are keen to partner with us to build a global solution for physical media. It is our mission that any music creator, big and small, will have frictionless access to offer vinyl and CD to their fans via our innovative solution and planned production/fulfilment centres in Europe, USA and Asia.

The vinyl market has been growing on average more than 20% year on year over the last 16 years, more than doubling since 2020. In Japan it grew 40% last year and even CDs are growing for the first time in two decades. Over 30 million creators are releasing their music online today while they are growing 30% a year and represent the fastest growing segment in music. Most of them would like to have their music on vinyl or CD for their friends & family and especially their fans. elasticStage will de them easy and affordable access via its unique and scalable on-demand tech.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Digital Marketing & Social Media Lead to manage our social media accounts and create engaging content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and growth. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a passion for social media and content creation, and the ability to analyse and adapt strategies to meet business goals. As our Digital Marketing & Social Media Lead, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive impactful campaigns and support overall business objectives.

Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement a forward-thinking social media strategy across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn) driving brand awareness and customer acquisition.
  • Innovate and direct new content ideas and strands, working closely with our in-house content creator to ensure high-quality, on-brand execution.
  • Identify and manage partnerships with influencers and creators to generate user-generated content (UGC) that promotes our platform and products.
  • Develop & oversee social media calendars and ensure all campaigns are aligned with broader marketing goals.

Digital Advertising & Performance Marketing:

  • Develop content and creative strategies that drive user acquisition and sign-ups through paid digital channels (Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Collaborate with external agencies as needed to set up and optimise ad campaigns, ensuring they meet performance KPIs.
  • Analyse and interpret data from digital campaigns, using insights & AI tools to optimise strategy and improve ROI.
  • Create and manage retargeting campaigns to drive returning traffic to the site.

Influencer & Partnership Management:

  • Identify and manage relationships with influencers, ambassadors, and strategic partners to expand our reach and generate engaging UGC.
  • Collaborate with partners on co-branded campaigns and initiatives to increase brand visibility and drive user sign-ups.

Data-Driven Approach:

  • Utilise performance data and analytics tools to monitor and report on key metrics related to user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Regularly review campaign data to iterate on strategies and ensure continual optimisation for growth. Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and platforms to continually evolve our marketing efforts.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing and Social Media Lead or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of content trends, with experience collaborating with influencers and creators to produce engaging UGC.
  • Track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn) to drive brand awareness and user acquisition.
  • Expertise in managing and optimising paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to improve ROI.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to track performance, and optimise strategies.
  • Experience managing influencer partnerships and co-branded campaigns to expand brand reach.
  • Strong skills in creating and managing content calendars aligned with marketing goals.
    Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration abilities, with a passion for staying updated on digital trends.
