Job Description: Digital Marketing
Overview
- Manage the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage online marketing budget spend for each campaign
- Build strategies for both established and developing artists in the Rock/Metal space, leading to follower growth, sales, and consumption.
- Monitor campaigns in real-time, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Create post-mortem analyses to quantify the impact of each campaign and measure effectiveness of each tactic.
- Collaborate with internal teams to build cohesive cross-platform campaigns
- Partner with the Marketing team to develop and execute paid media campaigns and CRM strategy for each artist
- Build and maintain relationships with social media platform and paid media representatives and participate in regular update meetings
Social Media
- Collaborate with and oversee external teams to craft a social narrative and content strategy that elevates artist brands, drives fandom and music consumption.
- Work with artist management and internal departments to develop and maintain an editorial calendar across all social platforms
- Partner with and oversee external creators to develop high-performing short-form content for Frontiers artists
Requirements
Primary requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 2+ years or more professional experience in digital/social media marketing, direct to consumer marketing, and/or related fields.
- Deep understanding of interactive technologies and communication tools, including: TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Twitter (X), YouTube, Snapchat, Discord, Website strategy, E-mail/CRM strategy
- Knowledge on how to “move the needle” online by driving sales, consumption, engagement, and growth
- Proven expertise in social media content strategy
- Understanding of social media analytics and posting tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, tight timeframe environment
- Impeccable follow-up and follow-through
Secondary requirements:
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, or other graphic design a plus
- Other language skills in addition to English a plus
