Role Description
We are currently extending our team by hiring a Booking Manager and inviting you to join us in our worldwide endeavours!
Responsibilities
- Responsible for booking live music performances: stand-alone Gigs, Tours, Festival Performances
- Approach promoters and discuss upcoming opportunities
- Attend international live music conferences & events to open new markets for Global Records artists
- Handle contracts, covering legal and financial aspects
- Address issues like cancellations, technical difficulties or other challenges that can occur
- Providing feedback and reports to the artist and management about each performance, including attendance, audience reaction and financial outcomes
- Plan tour dates to optimize travel and reduce downtime
- Select venues that match the artist’s audience and status
- Develop and implement booking strategies that maximize artist exposure and revenue in key global markets,
- including Europe, and North America
- Work closely with artist management teams to align bookings with the artist’s career goals
Qualifications
- Strong experience in booking with proven history of booking standalone gigs and festival shows especially on the EDM/ Pop-Dance scene
- Strong background in negotiating booking contracts and fees
- A strong network within the music industry, including contacts with promoters, venues, and other industry professionals
- In-depth understanding of music markets in Europe and beyond, with particular expertise in specific regions
- Ability to efficiently manage complex logistics, maintain artist satisfaction and execute successful music bookings
- Solid problem-solving abilities and calmness under pressure to handle last-minute changes and logistical issues.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with artists, managers, and stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds.
