What you’ll be doing
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Stock Controller to join our team in either Brussels or London.
In this role, you will support the efficient and effective operations of the supply chain department.
The ideal candidate will have two or more years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the music business.
Key responsibilities will include
- Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers.
- Review daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory.
- Analyze data to anticipate future needs.
- Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus.
- Manage the global stockholding at multiple warehouse locations for specific clients.
- Proactively contribute to the overall stock management across the group.
- Contribute to Improve/develop/deliver KPI’s related to global stockholdings and logistics.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business management or related fields.
- Preferably two or more years’ experience in a supply management role or related position.
- Proven knowledge of inventory management.
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
- An analytical mind with strong math skills.
- Interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
- Experience of international music markets is preferable.
- High degree of attention to detail/accuracy is essential.
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and ability to work autonomously.
