Digital Marketing & Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced digital marketing and project manager to help drive the strategy, creative and practical implementation of our global digital marketing campaigns and develop, implement and maximise opportunities in the existing and emerging digital media and retail space, across our in-house labels and Label Services clients.

The !K7 label group includes in-house labels !K7 and it’s flagship DJ Kicks series, Strut Records and 7K! plus a collective of like-minded independent partners which benefit from !K7’s firmly established global services, marketing and distribution network.
Experience & Skills Required
- A minimum of two years’ experience in a marketing role within a record label, label services, management or similar environment with an emphasis on expertise around existing and emerging digital and social channels and technology and the opportunities they present
- A highly detailed knowledge of the current digital music landscape and
industry and a strong insight and passion to share both creative and realistic ideas based on current and future trends - The ability to drive digital platform partnership development and monetisation across both back catalogue and frontline campaigns
- Knowledge of industry trends, digital sales and pitching best practices and a strong personal network of evolving contacts across all leading and emerging digital platforms and service providers
- Confidence and ability to influence internal and external teams in meetings and as part of a project management workflow and create realistic campaign ideas and solutions across a wide range of music genres and varied budgets
- Experience and knowledge of developing, managing and implementing social media campaigns including audience development and ad-buying
- Hands-on experience with a wide range of platforms including (but not
restricted to) YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok, Meta and the ability to embrace and develop emerging new music and culture-driven digital platforms and technology, including AI. - Excellent organisational skills and the ability to proactively follow up and deliver the elements of successful campaigns on time.
