THE ROLE
Reporting to the [VP Product & Tooling], you will be a part of a global, dedicated multi-disciplinary team of passionate information security and privacy professionals. In this role you will be responsible for leading and participating in the implementation of products within our ecosystems to safeguard not only our systems but protect our fans’ personal data as well. The primary focus of this role is the continued rollout of a security lake that will drive the future of our platforms and provide intelligence to the wider business. You will take input from internal business experts, security analysts, external / internal consultants, and owners of products throughout Live Nation and Ticketmaster while implementing tooling against our architectural, development and data systems.
Role description
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
- Working with internal business experts, internal / external consultants, and owners of products throughout the Live Nation ecosystem to define and prioritize the implementation of a world class information security product portfolio.
- Day-to-day management of a proprietary system focused on sending and receiving telemetry from our systems and products while building out various use cases (such as but not limited to risk, data analytics, abuse, security operations, payments GRC, and others)
- Become a point person within Live Nation for this system and its implementation while simultaneously focusing on future enhancements.
- Working with engineering, software, business leads and QA organizations in the development and deployment of compliant products and features.
- Identifying interdependencies between core systems and other products to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Documenting use cases, updating epics and user stories, prioritizing, and maintaining product roadmaps and backlogs, and guiding development through the development cycle for feature stories.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
- 4-5 years of experience working with or involved with information security industry is required.
- 4-6 years of product management experience.
- Experience with managing a highly complex system of interdependencies.
- Demonstrated experience in driving innovation to uncover value for the information security team.
- Ability to drive a strategic roadmap, help create the vision, and rally others around that vision.
- Ability to manage and set expectations with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experienced with balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders and long-term needs of the company.
- Ability to lead a cross-functional team including clients, domain experts, and application development, test, deployment, and support.
- Excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills, and a keen attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of and familiarity working with cyber risk processes, ISO certification process, cloud environments, bug bounty programs, and PCI systems.
- Deep understanding of the SDLC within a large enterprise company utilizing AGILE.
DESIRABLE SKILLS
- Knowledge or ability to come up to speed quickly on OCSF/OSCAL, Kafka, Nifi, Apache Druid, DOMO, Flink, and more.
- Ability to adapt quickly to change.
- Ability to manage multiple projects impacting the system at the same time.
- Excellent organization and time management.
- Get it done attitude – must be able to solve problems with minimal guidance and drive clarity when requirements appear to be unclear.

The expected compensation for this position in California is:
$120,000.00 USD – $150,000.00 USD
