Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Planning: Develop and execute release campaigns across the label roster (Singles, EPs and/or LPs), working across globally known artists to underground heroes.
  • Social Media Management: Working closely with our in-house design team to create and manage social media schedules and strategies.
  • Brand and Creative Direction: Collaborate with artists and alongside third party agencies on brand direction and creative projects.
  • Community Engagement: Manage and grow audiences for both label and priority artists, and community engagement.
  • Digital Marketing: Utilise meta ads, campaign management, and audience analysis to optimise campaigns.
  • E-commerce: Knowledge and growth of direct to consumer stores and communities such as Shopify, Bandcamp, Openstage, Discourse.

Desired Skills and Attributes
  • Experience: At least three years in a similar role within a record label or publisher
  • Creativity and Vision: Natural creativity and a passion for electronic music with a strategic mindset.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organised, able to work to tight deadlines, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and within a team.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to delegate tasks and manage junior members of the team.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and design software.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of music streaming platforms, an established network of industry contacts and previous success driving record campaigns from email campaigns to chart metric.

  • Detail-oriented: An eye for design, photography, and video editing.
  • Trend-aware: Keen awareness of future digital, fashion, and music trends.

  • Proven Impact: Track record of making a significant impact on business objectives and delivering successful record campaigns.
  • Music Passion: Genuine passion for electronic music and its culture.
  • Digital Savvy: Demonstrated knowledge and professional experience with social media platforms.
  • Copywriting Skills: Strong copywriting and content creation abilities.
