Position

As a Senior Growth Manager, under the Business team, you will be accountable for all growth marketing-related initiatives for Musixmatch Pro. You will be responsible for driving its growth strategy and revenues by delivering innovative ways to improve the customer’s journey through the lens of improving business metrics. Your goal will be attracting new users, retaining existing ones, and increasing the customer lifetime value and revenues.

You will execute activities stimulating growth at every user journey stage, such as improving activation, streamlining onboarding experiences, facilitating new feature adoption, upselling existing customers, and creating new distribution channels.

To do that, you will work closely with various departments (engineers, developers, analysts, product managers, and designers) to improve user experience, optimize the customer’s journey through our funnel, identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition and retention and formulate a rock-solid product growth model.


What you will do
  • Manage the entire P&L of the Musixmatch Pro business line
  • Setting and ensuring the company achieves specific KPIs in product-related metrics, such as activation, acquisition, conversion, retention, referrals, and revenue
  • Performing detailed product analysis which covers the product management funnel with all its aspects
  • Implementing behavioral psychology methods into the buying funnel to improve conversions and boost product sales
  • Improving various aspects of customer experience, such as early marketing impressions and new account onboarding
  • Finding new ways to make our products more profitable and identifying the best outreach channels
  • Determining and monitoring the effects of the metrics optimization
  • Cooperating with the leadership team members to ensure quick implementation of product growth plans

Requirements
  • You love digital SAAS and you are obsessed with quality and customer service
  • You have proven experience in a SAAS Business working with Finance, Engineering, and Product teams
  • You must have a best-in-class, analytical, and data-driven background, ideally with a STEM or similar degree
  • You have demonstrated analytical rigor. You must know how to analyze and optimize marketing programs and growth initiatives quantitatively.
  • You are an expert in various testing acquisition methodologies (A/B testing, multivariate testing, incrementality testing, usability testing) and deeply understand data visualization techniques
  • You must be a world-class individual to thrive at Musixmatch. You will not be here to tell other people what to do.
