Reports to: Sr. Director, Marketing
Responsible for: Repertoire scheduling, coordinating marketing assets and logistics
Location: Canada
Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 CAD
Position Summary
As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be working within the marketing team to assist with scheduling, asset collection/management, data collection and input into our project management system, liaising with vendors in product orders and more.
Candidates should have some experience in marketing and strong attention to detail.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Product scheduling for all releases via internal system. Interface closely with the digital and physical production operations teams to ensure all data is filled out properly to create efficiency
- Managing the content in our project portal to ensure all assets and data are up to date and accurate
- Review artist project portal pages weekly and follow up with marketing and digital marketing teams to ensure pitch points are in the portal.
- Regular portal scrapes to ensure highlights, keywords, etc are up to date and don’t need to be refreshed
- Coordinating marketing merchandise and promotion material orders
- Build knowledge through workshops, research, and seminars, and share best practices and marketing ideas and tactics with the team
- Coordinate group passes for webinars/conferences for the marketing team
- Researching current market trends and contributing ideas around artist projects
- Work with Manager, Marketing Support on touring and ticket buys as needed
- Work with accounting team to make sure the marketing team credit card is reconciled monthly with receipts for backup
- Support the creation and sending of the external communications newsletter and e-blasts with third party vendors in promotion of our artists
- Assist in keeping the marketing team playbook up to date
- Perform other tasks and work on special projects as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- One+ years in music marketing, content creation, social media management, or a similar field
- Very strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A strong interest in analytics and data analysis
- Excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge of label and current artists
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Mailchimp and Photoshop would be a plus.
