Job Title: Senior Agent / SVP Music Campaigns
Job Description:
We’re on the lookout for an experienced manager who has worked with top 100 global artists and has close connections with major music managers.
Position earns generous salary + commission.
What You’ll Do:
- Represent our award-winning Creative Directors in the album campaign department, helping them strategize the trajectory of their career
- Negotiate deals for our Creative Directors
- Collaborate with a talented team in a dynamic environment
- Work a 5-day workweek during PST business hours (yes, we believe in work-life balance).

Requirements
- 10+ years experience as an artist manager within the entertainment industry.
- In-depth knowledge of multiple entertainment sectors
- Strong network of industry contacts and a track record of successful negotiations and deal-making.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
