WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO
We are Playliveartist. We are a London-based music marketing agency offering artists, bands and music companies digital advertising, marketing strategy and content creation. We are direct-to-fan specialists but first and foremost music fans. We’re looking for someone like-minded to join our team!
We are not PR, we are not radio pluggers, we don’t offer playlisting. We understand and are obsessed with digital technology and creative marketing.
We are a servicing business, who care deeply about people and the work that we do. We like to use the term ‘direct-to-fan’ as we make the connection between fan and artist the focus of our mission. We work with artists, management companies, record labels and festivals around the world, across different genres and at different stages in their career.
THE ROLE
We’re growing and are looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Manager to work with and join our close-knit team. We’re looking for someone who strives for excellence, is detail focused and deeply understands digital and social.

- Music / Creative Industry experience (2+ years) with a passion for music
- Track record of managing multiple client accounts

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Lots of experience with Meta Ads (other ad tech experience desired)
- Strong understanding of all current social platforms
- Proficient in Google workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets)
- Understanding of marketing strategy and current digital trends
- Proactively stays up to date with digital and social shifts

- Proficient with video and image editing

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Creating, planning, and executing omnichannel digital marketing campaigns to drive consumer awareness, acquisition, and engagement
- Ensure our client’s marketing plans are strategically optimised to hit key digital targets and campaign goals
- Strategising and implementing of social media campaigns and social voices
- Creating engaging text, image and video content for our client’s social media platforms
- Building audits and reports that will be delivered to our clients that will help optimise campaigns
- Staying up-to-date with social media and digital technology trends
- Creating and reviewing email marketing campaigns in CRM tools
- Liaising with internal and external teams to determine KPIs, develop creative, and marry messaging with the most relevant audiences
- Scheduling, monitoring and optimising digital advertising campaigns using Meta Business Manager, Google Ads Products and TikTok Business Manager
- Working closely with the team to develop creative direction, copywriting, targeting, and budget allocation across ad campaigns
- Leveraging data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and digital ads, continuously testing and iterating to find the best results
