The Creative Communications Specialist for the Global Creative Strategy team is accountable for driving projects to completion, on time and on brief. This role’s primary duties are briefing, organizing, planning, and managing a variety of project types, ensuring consistent delivery of high level creative, strategy, and execution.

The Creative Communications Specialist will manage concurrent high visibility projects at a time in an agile, fast paced environment across multiple disciplines.. Working with a small cross functional team, this will require quick learning, efficient and clear communication, and the ability to change and update plans on a consistent basis.

This role reports directly to the Sr. Director of Global Creative Strategy.


What you’ll do:
  • Scope and schedule projects via Asana, managing team workload and delivery bottlenecks.
  • Mitigate and manage project risks, issues, and deviations while seeing concurrent projects through to final delivery or completion.
  • Schedule and lead weekly project status meetings, along with project-based working meetings—while being prepared to present work and progress as needed.
  • Assist in team development and planning, track commitments and hold teams accountable for deliverables.
  • Maintain and manage a robust team of outside vendors, keeping track of project planning and invoicing ensuring on-time delivery, smooth onboarding, and prompt payment.
  • Manage internal and external communications, building relationships, developing processes, guiding client-facing workback schedules, timelines, and expectations.
  • Support strategy development through research, planning, presentation building, and copywriting.

Who you are:
  • Dynamic problem solver with an expert-level understanding of relevant business practices and track-record of efficiently resolving project and client issues.
  • Experience with project management software/tools, preferably Asana.
  • Familiar with communication design tools, such as Keynote. (Or willingness and ability to learn.)
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing demands.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish and maintain high level of trust and confidence with teams across department and function.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the “big picture” view.

The anticipated annual base salary does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for.  The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.

$66,560—$70,000 USD
