Salary: £11,200 – £13,600 p/a (£28,000 – £32,000 p/a FTE)

The role

SUPERNATURE is looking for a digital-first Marketing Coordinator to support the Head of Marketing with day-to-day running of campaigns and ongoing artist marketing and audience development This a two days per week part-time role, with the potential to develop into a full time role.


What you’ll do
  • You create timely reports to be shared with key stakeholders, pulling out data that can inform future artist marketing strategy
  • Build email campaigns for artist mailing lists and the targeting of industry contacts for promotion (e.g. streaming, press, radio, club)
  • Organise and coordinate promotion and media appearances for artists
  • Brainstorm social media ideas for artists (e.g. audience development and engagement ideas, content ideas, posting types and cadences, timelines)
  • Collate A&R and marketing assets and details ahead of releases, helping to ensure delivery deadlines are met (including audio, artwork, metadata, release links)
  • Keep updated with developments on social media and DSP platforms, sharing any notable findings with the wider team and artists
  • General administration and marketing duties

About you
  • You are naturally caring, conscientious and service-minded.
  • You naturally want to do the best you possibly can for the people you’re working for and with.
  • You are personable and approachable with a clear and open communication style.
  • You are deeply interested in and knowledgable about music culture, and are looking to develop a career in the music industry.
  • You are a digital native, an avid user/consumer of social media, with an interest in digital marketing.
  • You have excellent organisation and time management skills and are adept at multi-tasking. You stay calm under pressure.
  • You are curious and open-minded, with an ability to think both creatively and analytically. You believe in fairness, equality and diversity.
  • Previous experience in a music, office or administration environment is a big plus.
