About the Team:

Music promotion service is a service to serve artists and labels to promote their music across the Music ecosystem (TikTok, Capcut etc.) Our team aims to provide hands-on experience and best product efforts on TikTok song promotion to our music partners.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee product operation for promo service in US market, serving for labels/agencies/artists music promotion strategy
  • Understand the clients’ needs of the US market, help the product team to design the product feature, USP and go to market plan.
  •  Support generating promotion methodology, organizing agency education and client workshops
  •  Responsible for the incentive plan to the clients and managing the budget and ROI
Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of product management experience building products/tools related to music marketplace, influencers marketing, or advertising.
  • Deep understanding of the advertising landscape and the needs of music advertisers, including experience with creative development, influencers marketing, media buying, and ad optimization.
  • Strong experience with the TikTok ecosystem, including the TikTok app, its related products, and its user community.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineering, design, data science, and business development teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex product concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  •  Experience with multi-project management and execution in a cross-functional environment
  • Music background or label/artist background is preferred
