Job Description: DAY TO DAY MANAGER
THE ROLE
The Day-to-Day Manager position is a position which works directly with the artists on our roster. Applicants should have at least 2 years of day to day management experience. Salary will be dependent on experience.

VDM Music is an artist management company representing artists from the UK and the USA such as Scottish singer/songwriter Nina Nesbitt, multi-talented songwriter Olivia Sebastianelli, and emerging alternative punk rock artist Cody Frost. VDM’s mission is to amplify the voices of powerhouse artists and guide them through and to an illustrious career.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Diary management across multiple time zones (scheduling sessions, meetings, promo, etc)
- Corresponding with promoters, label, agents and other industry executives
- Coordinating travel arrangements (flights, cabs, Ubers, hotels, Air BNBs, trains, etc)
- Trip and tour budgeting
- Social media management and strategy input
- Advancing live shows, attending live shows to ensure shows run smoothly, hiring photographers and videographers for content capturing
- Accompany artists to onsite promo visits (radio, TV, etc)
- Liaise with publishing and keep track of writing splits
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE
- Minimum of 2 years of day to day management experience
- Ability to work beyond work hours and some weekends
- Knowledge of the electronic/dance scene would be a bonus
- Able to travel
- Social Media savvy
- High attention to detail
- Great people skills
