Kobalt Music Group‘s annual financial figures were previously posted on UK Companies House each year.
Following the sale of both Kobalt Neighbouring Rights (KNR) and AWAL to Sony Music in 2021, Kobalt’s business has been comprised of two key divisions: Kobalt Music Publishing, and collection society, AMRA.
The annual revenue performance of these two companies from continuing operations (i.e. not including AWAL etc.) is displayed below, where ‘FY’ refers to the calendar year to end of June.
Following a deal with Francisco Partners in 2022, Kobalt has no longer posted its annual finances on UK Companies House.
