Live Nation is backing Creator Nation, a company set up to buy and grow creator-management firms.
The venture is led by co-founders Scott Fisher and Alexis Fisher, with a capital commitment from Live Nation.
Creator Nation‘s first acquisitions are expected “in the coming months,” according to an announcement from Live Nation last Thursday (October 1).
The size of Live Nation‘s capital commitment was not disclosed.
Alongside creator-management firms, Creator Nation will acquire and scale what Live Nation describes as “adjacent businesses.”
The company will support creators across content, commerce, brand partnerships, and live experiences, according to Live Nation.
Live Nation says the company is “designed to help creators turn audience attention into lasting fan relationships and enduring businesses.”
“Creators have proven they can build enormous audiences, but the infrastructure around them has not always kept pace. We’re building Creator Nation to give creators and the teams supporting them the resources to turn that influence into businesses designed to last.”

“Creators have proven they can build enormous audiences, but the infrastructure around them has not always kept pace,” said Scott Fisher, co-founder of Creator Nation. “We’re building Creator Nation to give creators and the teams supporting them the resources to turn that influence into businesses designed to last.”
The Fishers have worked in the creator economy for 15 years, according to the announcement.
Live Nation says Scott Fisher founded Select Management Group, which was fully acquired by Propagate Content in 2025.
Select represents more than 500 creators, whose combined audience exceeds one billion, the announcement said.
Select also co-produces the Hulu series The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives and co-created consumer brands including Hairitage and Sacheu.
Live Nation says those brands have driven “hundreds of millions of dollars in sales.”
Alexis Fisher founded Timeline Management, which works across music and creator management, branding, and touring.
She brought the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, the cast of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, and Gracie’s Corner to the stage, according to Live Nation.
Timeline, which has had Live Nation‘s backing since 2024, will continue to run separately from Creator Nation.
“Bringing creator-led shows to the stage showed us how a strong relationship with fans can open the door to entirely new opportunities,” said Alexis Fisher, co-founder of Creator Nation. “Creator Nation gives us a platform to do that for many more creators, across every part of their business.”

Live Nation will act as Creator Nation‘s “capital partner and strategic backer.”
The Fishers will run Creator Nation with their own team, while drawing on Live Nation‘s experience and resources where those can help creators and the companies Creator Nation acquires.
“Creators are increasingly building careers that look a lot like broader entertainment businesses, with opportunities across content, live, brands and commerce,” said Michael Rapino, President and CEO of Live Nation Entertainment. “Scott and Alexis understand how to help talent build those businesses for the long term, and we see a lot of opportunity to support that growth.”
Creator Nation has already started spending on its team and operations, according to Live Nation.
It is hiring across six areas: creator strategy, commerce, touring, data, operations, and marketing.
Creator Nation will also work with brands and marketers directly on partnerships and campaigns.
Live Nation acquired a majority stake in Timeline in December 2024 for an undisclosed fee.
The deal marked Live Nation‘s first venture with a talent management company focused on creators and influencers, MBW reported at the time.
Timeline represented 25 clients at the time, who together had nearly 200 million social media followers.
“The collaboration with Timeline will enable Live Nation to further expand into this emerging field, and we see Alexis’ integrated approach of combining influencer management, branding and touring as the next logical step for growth in the creator economy,” said Matthew Hansen, Live Nation Entertainment‘s Chief Strategy Officer, at the time.
Live Nation‘s artist management companies managed approximately 360 artists in 2025, according to its 2025 annual report.
The same filing says Live Nation‘s sales force of approximately 830 people worked with more than 1,500 sponsors in 2025.
Live Nation‘s Sponsorship & Advertising division generated revenue of USD $1.3 billion in 2025, up 11% YoY, with adjusted operating income (AOI) of $845 million.
That equated to an AOI margin of 64%, the highest of Live Nation‘s three reporting segments.
In Q2 2026, the division’s revenue rose 12% YoY to $383 million, while Live Nation‘s revenue for the quarter grew 9% to $7.7 billion.Music Business Worldwide
