Berlin-based music production DJ technology brand Native Instruments has appointed Tracy Maraj (pictured right) as Chief People Officer and Nicholas Goubert (picture left) as Vice President Platform Services.
The news follows the appointment of ex Airbnb and Google executive Paul Jeszenszky who joined as Chief Marketing Officer in January 2019.
Native Instruments has described the string of new hires as “the biggest leadership transformation” in its 23-year history.
Maraj joins from MeteoGoup where she was a member of the senior leadership team and has extensive experience in the technology sector, including senior roles at Salesforce, Intel, Cisco, Netscape, and Hewlett Packard.
Reporting directly into Chief Innovation Officer and President Mate Galic, Goubert will focus on product strategy, innovation management, big data and analytics.
Goubert is also a seasoned technology executive and serves as an advisor and board member to various international tech startups.
In his previous roles, he led product innovation and strategy at SoundCloud, the Daimler Innovation Lab, and at HERE Technologies.
These executives will work alongside Lars Kroeger (CFO) and Jan Wergin (CTO) and report into the Native Instruments Management Board made up of Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder, Daniel Haver and Chief Innovation Officer and President, Mate Galic.
