Nicholas Krus has been named Vice President, Marketing, at Believe-owned digital music distributor TuneCore.
He will report to Andreea Gleeson, who was recently promoted to the position of CEO at the company.
Gleeson is the first CEO of TuneCore since Scott Ackerman, who exited the role in April last year.
As head of Marketing, Krus will oversee all areas of marketing including brand, acquisition, retention, analytics, and research.
Most recently, as Senior Director of Client Marketing, he oversaw customer acquisition and integrated marketing.
He was also a key architect of the TuneCore Rewards program, TuneCore Certified digital awards and the TuneCore Artwork Creator.

TuneCore paid out over $400 million to artists last year.
