After working closely with AM Only and Windish for the last few years, US artist booking behemoth Paradigm has brought the two agencies in-house.
Both AM and Windish will now be known as Paradigm Talent Agency and have moved into a new combined office space in downtown New York.
The companies join Paradigm’s stable of acquisitions including Monterey Peninsula Artists, Little Big Man, Ellis Industries and Third Coast Artists.
Paradigm will continue to work with London-based CODA Agency, of which it bought a 50% stake in 2014, as its European partner.
CEO of AM Only Paul Morris (pictured, left) and Windish Agency Founder/President Tom Windish (pictured, right) will continue their leadership roles within Paradigm’s Music Executive Group along with Dan Weiner, Marty Diamond and CODA’s Tom Schroeder.
The Windish partnership was brokered in July 2015 to ‘expand the agencies’ scope, expertise, resources and client roster’. AM Only entered into a joint venture with Paradigm in 2012.
Both firms expand Paradigm’s roster of electronic acts including AM Only talent Tiesto, Skrillex and David Guetta, and Windish names LCD Soundsystem, Royksopp, Four Tet and Aphex Twin.
“I’ve found that the same entrepreneurial spirit that leads to successful business building also lends itself to successful career building for our clients,” said Paradigm Chairman and CEO Sam Gores.
“In working with like-minded professionals, we’re able to expand our reach, resources and clients without losing our focus.”
