PRO Agency has signed a deal to manage the worldwide neighboring rights of Dieter Dierks and his company Breeze Music.
Dieter Dierks has produced music for the Scorpions and Tangerine Dream and is head of the legendary Dierks Studios in Stommeln near Cologne, Germany.
Breeze Music owns legendary Krautrock labels Ohr, Pilz and Kosmische Kuriere.
PRO Agency was founded in 2012 by the German distributor Cargo Records and now independently adminsters neighboring rights for producers and performers at 43 collecting societies worldwide.
Its partners on the label and distribution side include Kompakt, Cinq Music, Berliner Philharmoniker Recordings, Majestic Casual and on the performing artists side Parcels, Carsten Nicolai, Zeal & Ardor and Sophie Hunger.
Breeze Music GmbH, Venus Records and Dierks Studios are among the oldest production companies in Germany. The sole owner Dieter Dierks has been producing in his various studios in Pulheim/Stommeln since the end of the 1960s.
