Respected New York-based independent label Razor & Tie has signed with International Solutions as its European partner for 2015.
International Solutions will effectively act as the EU office of R&T throughout the year, providing promotion and marketing services as well as hiring and managing local promo teams and product managing the label’s releases in Europe.
The company will work in conjunction with distributor INgrooves/Republic of Music in the territory.
“Razor & Tie is focused on developing bands worldwide,” CEO/EVP of Razor & Tie, Victor Zaraya, told MBW. “International Solutions provides us with invaluable European marketing expertise and the local resources to be successful. We’re excited about our roster and looking forward a strong 2015.”

The Project Manager responsible for Razor & Tie will be Lauren Schuller out of the company’s Amsterdam office.
In addition to its record company operation, Razer & Tie also houses label services and publishing divisions.
Razor & Tie has sold more than 40 million units since being funded in 1990. It has been co-owned since its inception by Cliff Chenfeld and Craig Balsam.
