Independent US rock powerhouse Razor & Tie has signed a distribution and services deal for the UK and Europe with London-based Essential Music & Marketing.
One of the biggest independent labels in the US, Razor & Tie’s artists include All That Remains, Foreigner, Richard Ashcroft and Chelsea Grin. Its Essential deal officially kicks off with multi-platinum act P.O.D whose new album Murdered Love is due for release in mid-July.
Meanwhile, Essential has also signed an EU distribution and services deals with Nashville-based eclectic label Thirty Tigers, Canadian label Hidden Pony and Australian major player Staple Group’s label UNFD.
