Rebecca Prochnik has joined music group United Talent Agency (UTA) as its Director of Creative Strategy, UK Music.
Prochnik will be based in London and joins UTA from the Earth Agency, which she founded in 2014, representing a widespread list of independent artists including Skepta, AJ Tracey, JME, Deerhunter, Vanishing Twin, Kode 9 and Black Lips.
In March, UTA acquired Echo Location Talent Agency, which was founded and led by Obi Asika.
The acquisition brought artists including Diplo, Major Lazer, Marshmello, Alesso, Wizkid and more into the UTA fold for international representation, with Asika leading the UK office alongside Neil Warnock, MBE.
Additionally, UTA recently added two key hires in the London office, including music agent Carlos Abreu and Music Brand Partnerships executive Cleo Thompson.
UTA represents artists including Pitbull, Post Malone, deadmau5, Bad Bunny, YG, The Jonas Brothers, Demi Lovato, Bebe Rexha, The Pussycat Dolls, Young Thug, Common, Tyga, Offset, Lil Wayne, Burna Boy, Halsey, Machine Gun Kelly, Rosalía, James Blake, Florence and the Machine, Tierra Whack, Bring Me The Horizon, Christine and The Queens, Deep Purple, Arlo Parks, Foals, Sigrid, Katherine Jenkins, Romeo Santos, Alesso, Jamiroquai, 21 Savage and Dolly Parton, among many others.
