Rimas Entertainment, a Puerto Rican independent record company best known as Latin music superstar Bad Bunny’s label, has announced the addition of two industry veterans to its leadership team.

Effective July 1, Rodrigo Prichard will assume the role of General Manager for Rimas Entertainment, according to a press release on Monday (June 24).

Reporting directly to Chief Operating Officer Jorge Bracero, Prichard brings a wealth of experience from his role as Executive Vice President of Legal and Business Affairs at Universal Music Latin. There, he played a key role in securing some of Latin music’s largest deals, Rimas said.

As General Manager, Prichard will oversee all departments within the Rimas record labels – Rimas Music, Sonar, and Nain Music – across Puerto Rico, the US, and all other international markets.

Rimas Entertainment also announced the appointment of Kristen Quintero-Garriga as Vice President of Brand Partnerships for RIT.MO. The newly established division serves as a creative consultancy and sales unit for both the companies within the Rimas conglomerate and for its external clients.

Quintero-Garriga will lead brand partnerships at RIT.MO, providing marketing and creative services. Her expertise will benefit Rimas, Habibi, Rimas Sports, Fundación Rimas, Rimas Nation, and more, Rimas Entertainment said.

Prior to joining Rimas, Quintero-Garriga held positions as Market Manager at Puma Energy LATAM and Burger King. Her most recent role as Managing Partner at Advice Global saw her collaborate with Rimas on securing and executing sponsorships for concerts, events, and activations.

Commenting on the appointments, Jorge Bracero, Chief Operating Officer, Rimas Entertainment, said, “I am thrilled to welcome Rodrigo Prichard and Kristen Quintero-Garriga to our corporate leadership team.”

“Their deep knowledge and experience in the music industry and in creating strategic alliances are invaluable to us at this time of growth and evolution. I am confident that their leadership will be crucial in further driving Rimas’ success in the future.”
