Scott Borchetta, via his company Super 98 Holdings, has reportedly acquired properties on Music Row in Nashville in a deal valued at $6 million.
According to the Nashville Business Journal, the properties cover 0.9 acres of land and are located at 1208-1216 17th Ave. S.
The properties were bought from H. Ray Ragsdale, aka Grammy-winning singer-songwriter Ray Stevens.
Nearly 2.5 acres of land on Music Row are reportedly owned by Borchetta’s Super 98 Holdings.
Borchetta’s Big Machine Label Group (and Taylor Swift’s first six studio albums) was acquired by Scooter Braun’s Ithaca Holdings in June in a deal believed to be worth around $300m.
Borchetta has joined the Ithaca board as a result of the acquisition, and will acquire a minority interest in Ithaca and remain President and CEO of BMLG.
BMLG is continuing to operate out of Nashville.Music Business Worldwide
