Independent music company Secretly Distribution has begun a new US distribution partnership with AMPED. The contract sees Secretly move its Stateside physical account away from Warner‘s ADA.
Florida-based AMPED now handles physical distribution for over 50 active labels associated with Secretly, covering thousands of releases.
Artists signed to Secretly Distribution labels include Sharon Van Etten, Bon Iver, Sufjan Stevens, Angel Olsen, Tycho, Wild Nothing, Helado Negro, Mac Demarco and the Grammy-nominated Mitski (pictured).
Shelly Westerhausen, Head of North American Physical Sales and Marketing said, “We are thrilled to partner with AMPED for US physical distribution in 2019. We’ve aligned with a partner that shares Secretly’s deep commitment to the physical marketplace as we continue to expand on so many great opportunities for our labels and artists.”
AMPED, part of Alliance Entertainment, already works with the likes of AWAL/Kobalt, Believe, Empire, IDOL, Lindsey Stirling, Mad Decent, Merge, mTheory, SM Entertainment, Soulfood, TFE, Tuff Gong, We Are Hear and many others.
“AMPED is humbled and honored to be entrusted as a distribution partner [to Secretly] and to become a part of their growing legacy.”
