Sony/ATV Nashville has signed country and pop songwriter Jordan Walker to a worldwide co-publishing agreement.
Walker, based in Nashville, has co-written songs including the multi-platinum, No.1 single When it Rains it Pours by Luke Combs, Mixed Drinks by Mitchell Tenpenny, and I’ve Been Good by Cassadee Pope.
Walker is also known for his former duo Walker McGuire, which released popular songs including Mysteries of the World and Til Tomorrow, which has earned over 28 million streams.
Walker began his music career in Wichita Falls, Texas during college when he established a four-piece band and began opening for Texas artists including Wade Bowen, Randy Rogers and Josh Abbott Band.
Walker moved to Nashville in 2012 to pursue a songwriting career and met Johnny McGuire and formed the band Walker McGuire.
Walker McGuire began touring the country extensively, opening for artists such as Luke Combs, Luke Bryan, Brooks and Dunn, and Tim McGraw, as well as headlining many venues and festivals.
