Sony Music has hired Constance Williams as Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources, Americas.
Based in New York, Williams will lead Sony Music’s talent acquisition, talent management and organizational development functions in the Americas.
She joins Sony Music from her practice as principal of management consulting firm HR Ace Consulting, LLC.
Over the course of her career, Williams has held a number of executive level HR roles at William Morris Endeavor division IMG and financial services firm Fiserv.
She has also worked in HR at Warner Media, American Express, Pepsi, Nabisco and Nielsen Media.
