Toby Andrews has been named General Manager of dance/electronic label Astralwerks, as it relocates from New York to Los Angeles.
Astralwerks is part of the Capitol Music Group of labels, owned by Universal Music Group.
Andrews will himself relocate from London to Capitol’s famous Tower in Hollywood for the role.
The exec will commence his position on May 21, reporting to COO of Capitol Music Group (CMG), Michelle Jubelirer.
Long-term Astralwerks head Glenn Mendlinger will leave the company in May.
Andrews previously served as General Manager of International Marketing for Sony Music International, based in London.
While there, he oversaw the campaigns of Martin Garrix, Kygo and Jean-Michel Jarre amongst many others.
