Vancouver-based Chaos Club Digital has entered an exclusive worldwide distribution deal with Warner Music Canada.
The announcement was made today by Chaos Club Digital CEO and founder Buk Nkosi.
Founded in 2019, Chaos Club Digital is a Vancouver-based music and technology company, in addition to providing management and creative services.
Chaos Club says that it is also developing proprietary technology related to the music industry.
Chaos Club Digital has developed a blockchain-based fan club called Holdr.
The company also runs a creative agency called Chaos Lab, which it says is an experimental studio focused on “crafting unique and progressive work for clients in the cultural sectors”.
Elsewhere at Warner Music Canada, Ajay ‘Charlie B’ Saxena and Nicholas Causarano joined the company as A&R Directors last month.
In May, Madelaine Napoleone joined Warner Music Canada as its VP, Marketing.
